In 1992, the Ministry for Employment and Social Affairs subsidised the creation of a permanent location for performing arts and disability. The headquarters is a space for ongoing research and its flexibility and functionality allows pupils and professionals to carry out creative work with total autonomy.
Today, the headquarters is a multi-purpose and inclusive space open to the community in which artistic classes are given (dance, theatre, music, circus, plastic arts, audiovisuals).
Programmes are developed for theatre training for professionals within a social, artistic and communitary framework.
It is a place which supports the promotion of new companies and artists through rehearsals, performances, conferences, projections, forums etc.
